Is anyone else torn as to what you want the Sixers to do this year? I've wanted them to lose every game, trade away some salary and make run at some nice free agents next season. Then I'm watching the Rockets game last night and I want them to win... they young guys are really starting to win me over in their hustle and grit. Something every Philly Phan loves to see. Thaddeus Young was a huge "bust" in the beginning of the year, many thought he didn't look like a first rounder. This kid is coming around! In the last 2 weeks he is averaging 8.5 points and 4 rebs in just 19 minutes a game. By all means I'm not saying he will be an Alll Star next year, but he looks like he could be a very good player in the years to come. Louis Williams I thought was a waste of a draft pick several years ago.. I was thinking how many years are we going to have to wait for this kid to come around. Well looks like the timing is pretty good! He has scored in double figures in 8 of the last 9 games and has should he can drop a few dimes. Even Sammy has looked better then his norm as of late, the team seems to have some fire in its belly and while they didn't beat the Spurs a couple nights ago... they looked good against them most of the game. Is anyone else wondering it we are a nice trade and free agent signing away this summer from being one of the top Eastern teams? *Note I said Eastern there.......
