I was at the Philadelphia Wing Bowl yesterday. 610 WIP Sport talk event went from small in studio experiment to 19000 plus spectators. Although its less about the wing eating these days and more about drinking early in the morning, women flashing the jumbotron and being at a strip club shortly there after. I had my first beverage of the day before 6am and was feeling no pain by 8am.
Philadelphia's local champ "El Wingador" didn't win, didn't even come in second. For those that care Joey Chestnut hate 240 some wings. I can't remember the exact number for obvious reasons. While most boo'd him for not being El Wingador, I was impressed. This is America's hope to take back the Nathan's Hot Dog contest from Kobiashi (that can't be spelled right, but I'm too lazy to look it up)
Next year I plan on entering and having the hottest wingettes ever. I'm still surprised some of these guys have girls that looked like they were picked up at a trailer park on the way down I95. I'm currently taking suggestions on what my entrance test will be. I'm thinking sticks of butter.
